SHORT SUMMARY OF “AL-MASOOM” ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN
PROJECTS DETAIL

As Pakistan is under savior threats of natural calamities since 2005, In this regard, Trust has been responding on regular basis to revitalizing communities meeting out there needs. Following activities has been done so far to respond disasters.

  • The Trust supported orphans rehabilitating on priority basis.
  • The Trust provided relief support to the affected on regular basis.
  • The Trust has arranged complete hospitalization to the 16 savior diseases (which is cannot treat in Pakistan) Patient’s in UK.
  • The Trust provided Food items to IDP’s of Swat to 250 families for 2 months regularly.
Al-Masoom International Trust Activities in the Devastating Earthquake of 8th October 2005 in AJK.

 Full scale relief activities have been made in reconstruction and rehabilitation of population. In this regard:

  • Al-Masoom Trust quick responds and arrived in Pakistan after 8days. Government of Pakistan received them. Paramedical trauma staff with 4 tons of medicine and trauma equipments was arrived there.
  • CDA was settling tent city and Al-Masoom Trust start working with CDA hand to hand in H-11 tent city Islamabad.
  • Al-Masoom Trust arranged combine marriage ceremony of 16 couples and 09 couples were get married again form of combine marriage ceremony. Trust helps all of them.
  • Al-Masoom Trust starts providing to affected families Food, clothing, knitwear, blankets, quilts etc.
  • Al-Masoom Trust setup small tent hospital and start working with CDA hand to hand.
  • During That Time after 2 or 3 weeks 58 tons of stuff will arrive from UK, Which is collected by Al-Masoom Trust for distribution in AJK including Tents, Blankets and warm cloths etc.
  • We have been provided an American Schnook (Hilly captor) from Pakistan Army and we start work with Pak-Army hand to hand.
  • We provided uniform, furniture and books to Pak-Army for 10 Schools (Class 1st to 10th) in Ghari Dhopata and surrounding areas.
  • Joint Qurbani during earthquake on Eid-ul-Azha was arranged by Trust in AJK.
  • Established 6 vocational Centers in earthquake affected areas of Bagh, Muzafzabad in AJK and other areas.
  • 100 poor families were provided goats and sheep’s to maintain livelihood in AJK.
EDUCATION TO DESERVING POPULATION

Education is the most important and basic human required component over the globe. In Pakistan, a viable number of youth is unable to get education due to lack of support by the families or other social problems.

In this connection, the Trust striving hard to get rid most of problems and difficulties, hindrance to through active and timely respond  facilitating innocent youth by providing financial support as well as in the form of books and uniforms. So far the trust provided 450 sets of school uniforms and 450 sets of curriculum books to the individuals in need during the year 2009-2010.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Trust encourages young people for the social development activities by serving the humanity for the safety and their development in the world through socio-cultural promotion. In this regard Vocational center is working since 2009, at Naseerabad, Rawalpindi. Under the supervision of Trained and educated staff about One hundred needy girls are learning technical work of cutting, stitching, sewing, and Art work. 200 girls have been success fully completed their courses till now.

 Al-Masoom’s approach to restore women dignity has six distinct stages:

  • Skill development among women.
  • To strengthen women in society.
  • To make women play a vital role in the development of their country.
  • Vocational training.
  • Social elevation, and to alleviate poverty.
 AL-MASOOM ISLAMIC CENTER

Islam has given great emphasis to female education as we know that the first educator of children is their mother. Thus it is necessary for the mothers to be good educators. And this is possible when our young girls get proper education of Islam as well as modern education.

So Trust has decided to take this responsibility to educate the girls that how they live in the society and they can understand Islam and the other religions. That’s why we started Islamic Center at the plate form of Al-Masoom international Trust.

Everyone knows the fact that to build a good nation good mothers are the necessity of the time. It is to empower and educate the Muslim women to coop with the challenges and to achieve the standards of modern world.

AL-MASOOM FREE MEDICAL CENTR AT RAWALPINDI

Al-Masoom Free Medical Centre established in January, 2009 at Naseerabad in Rawalpindi. Center is working under the supervision of MBBS lady Doctor and her Qualified Staff. Approx 100 patients (Women & children) are taking free treatment and getting free medicine on daily basis. Trust also help to the poor Women’s for lab test like Blood test, C.T Scan, ECG, etc. The Trust also arranged a section of vaccination for innocent and needy children’s of area.

FREE MEDICAL CAMP AT SHAKARGARH

In Shakargarh, district Sialkot, the Trust organized four days Medical Camp to the needy individuals. The camp was supported by the Specialist doctors and Para medical Staff from Islamabad. 8000 patients were checked out by the doctors and provided free medicines for different diseases. In this connection:

  • 5000 Syrups prescribed by the doctors were provided to the individuals comprised of male female and children.
  • 50,000 tablets prescribed by the doctors are provided to the individual patients.

 4000 drops for ear and eye were provided to the patients.

 The Trust provided complete medical facility to the Patients with long term diseases during the years 2009-2010.

DOWRY AND COMBINED MARRIAGES

In societies like Pakistan and especially in sub continent, a viable number of innocent individuals especially women are unable to get marriage due to poverty and social evils like dowry demands unemployment or having no opportunity to run the livelihood of a family. In this connection, Al-Masoom International Trust organizes Joint Marriage Ceremonies providing with full necessities to run the house hold system by newly engaged couples.

So far the Trust organized 4 Joint marriage ceremonies in different locations of Pakistan, and supported 300 couples to initiate their livelihood program mutual understanding. In this regard, the Trust fully supported to the following couples in different localities of Pakistan.

 ATTOCK

Al-Masoom International Trust has arranged a Ceremony in Attock in 2002.

In this Ceremony the Trust had gave Dowry to 200 needy girls for their Marriage to settle a new home/life.

The Trust also helped to 8,000 individuals in form of clothing, quilts and blankets. Governor Khalid Maqbool has also attended this ceremony as Chief Guest.

RAWALPINDI

On 20th march 2010 The Trust arranged and managed a Combined Marriages Ceremony in Rawalpindi at Naseerabad, Rawalpindi. In this Ceremony 27 couples were get married. Dowry and Food were given and Function was also arranged and managed by Al-Masoom International Trust.

KHAYBER PAKHTOON KHUWA (KPK)
IN KPK DURING FLOOD DISASTER 2010.

 We provide these things in different localities of Distt. Nowshehra (KPK)

  • 22 day Food supply
    (16 vans per day )
  • 25 Trucks of flour.
  • 02 Truck of cooking oil.
  • 05 Trucks of combine bedding
  • 2 Trucks of Clothing.
  • 6 Trucks of Crockery
  • 500 Jai-Namaz
  • 5000 stitched ladies suits
  • 2000 Carpets
  • Dates in Ramazan
  • 3000 Gas cylinder
    (with Gas filled bottles)
  • 5000 sleeper’s to individuals
  • 500 cotton role for new born babies.
DISTRIBUTION OF 1500 WHEELCHAIRS

 The distribution of 550 free wheelchairs on 14th Aug-2009 at Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi in the presence of Mr. Zumard Khan M.D. Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall, Minster of Information Qamar Zaman Qaria and other Parliamentarians of National Assembly.

  • In August 19 2009, the official staff of Al-Masoom Trust visited district Shakargarh in Punjab Province. Staff headed by Mrs. Kafait Khan distributed 150 Wheel Chairs among the individuals during a ceremony organized by Anwar Aziz Choudhary, Former Federal Minister.
  • In October, 2009, 100 Wheel Chairs were distributed among the refer cases from different localities i.e. Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Abbottabad, Gujar Khan, Malakand, district Swat.
  • In February 21, 2010, 50 Wheel Chairs were distributed among the Disable person’s in Goth Gajro, Gadap in Sindh Province. Occasion was organized by Chief adviser of the President of Pakistan and Chief Guest of the Ceremony was Farah Asfahani, (Media adviser to the President.)
  • In March, 2010, 85 Wheel Chairs were distributed among the disable person’s in Sialkot city during a ceremony organized by Ex. District Nazim Sialkot. The occasion was attended by Mrs. Kafait Khan, Chairperson Al-Masoom International Trust.
  • In April 2010, 90 Wheel Chairs were distributed among the Disable person’s during the ceremony organized by City Nazim Gujranwala. Occasion was attended by Kafait Khan, founder and Chairperson of Al-Masoom Trust.
  • In April, 2010, 72, Wheel Chairs were distributed among the vulnerable individuals in Kot Addu, Punjab Province during a ceremony organized by Malik Riaz, Senior Minister Provincial Assembly Punjab.
  • In May, 2010, 70 Wheel Chairs were handed over to representative from daily News Paper Nawa-e- Waqt distributing to the needy individuals of Och Sharif in Bahawalpur.
  • In June, 2010, 200 Wheel Chairs were distributed among needy individuals in Lahore during a ceremony organized Zia Shahid Adnan Foundation. Ceremony was attended by Chairperson of Al-Masson International Trust as Chief Guest.
  • During the Month of June, 2010, The Trust handed over 60, Wheel Chairs to Banazir Hospital Rawalpindi during a ceremony Organized by Medical superintendent of hospital. The Occasion was also attended by Hanif Abbassi, Member National Assembly Pakistan.
  • 20 Wheel Chairs were handed over to the Social Security Hospital Islamabad in June, 2010 during a meeting with Medical Superintendent of Hospital.
  • 20 wheel Chairs were handed over to the hospice organization through Dr. St. Joseph, in charge of the organization during the month of June, 2010.
  • In 2011, 50 Wheel Chairs were distributed among needy individuals in Bahawalpur

A new consignment of wheelchairs is in process.

Our latest Social Activities

We must come forward and to stop this bloodshed. It is possible when we become honest to out soil and our motherland. We need full cooperation of our new generation to handle this problem as youth is our future. You must stand against the traitors, we will be successful Insha Allah and Pakistan will be surely “Pakistan in real not only by Name”
